Kelly joined Issue One in early 2016 as an External Relations Coordinator. As Development Manager, she is responsible for supporting investor and donor engagement activities. Before joining Issue One, Kelly worked on the development team at a national health policy advocacy organization. Previously, Kelly graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in economics and minors in mathematics, business administration, and anthropology. Kelly began her career as a Program Assistant at a shelter for homeless women and children through Public Allies, a national AmeriCorps program. She later obtained her Master of Public Administration, also from UD, where she focused on nonprofit management and fundraising. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, eating delicious food, and cuddling with her two cats.
