Sydney joined Issue One in early 2018 as a Research Intern and later transitioned to the position of Policy and Programs Coordinator — assisting on a range of projects across the organization. Prior to joining Issue One, Sydney received her M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. She also attended Virginia Tech, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History.
